The Experience

Booking a photographer is the most important decision you'll make before your day. It can feel daunting, but I'm here to make it stress-free, fun, and easy for you.

I. Inquire

First things first, explore my website to see if my work and style resonate with you. If you like what you see, reach out to me via the Inquire page.



Once you've inquired, we'll schedule an introduction FaceTime or phone call to get to know each other better. This meeting helps us determine if we're the right fit. If we are, we'll begin crafting your vision together!

II. Book the Date

From the moment you book with me, I become your guide, your coordinator, and your friend. I'll help you build a timeline for your day, answer any questions you may have, and bring your vision to life. 

III. Capture the Day

On your wedding day, there's no need to worry about time limits. I provide full coverage, allowing you to enjoy every moment without the stress of watching the clock.


My goal is to make you feel so comfortable that you forget there's even a camera around, resulting in candid, natural photos that truly reflect your love story.

IV. Deliver Memories

You'll receive an online gallery with full downloading and printing rights four weeks after the wedding and I'll send you some sneak peeks within 48 hours.

Planning

Do you help in the planning process?

Absolutely! A significant part of my role as a photographer is to assist you in the planning process. I'll guide you through scheduling and building a timeline, help you fit everything in seamlessly, and ensure you feel calm and confident throughout the process.

Do you travel for weddings?

YES! While I'm based in Phoenix, I love traveling for weddings and am available for destinations near and far. Let's discuss your dream location!

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

Don't worry, I've got you covered! I always come prepared with backup plans and equipment to ensure that your photos turn out beautifully, rain or shine.

Can we add an engagement session to our wedding package?

Definitely! It is an optional $500 add on.

Do you bring an assistant or second shooter?

Depending on the size of the wedding, I can bring in a second shooter. I recommend them for weddings of 100 or more, and I charge $100 an hour for them (typically they're there for 4-6 hours).

Can we meet you before booking?

Absolutely! I'd love to meet you and discuss your vision for your wedding day. Let's schedule a meeting or a FaceTime to get to know each other better.

How do we book you for our wedding?

After our initial meeting and once we've determined that we're the perfect match, I'll send over a contract for you to review and sign. I require a $1,000 deposit to secure your wedding date.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

I've booked as far as two years ahead, and as little as one month ahead. Availability can be scarce when you get that close to your day, so it's best to book your me as soon as you have your date and venue secured. Popular dates tend to book up quickly, so the earlier, the better!

Packages & Pricing

How do payment schedules work?

To secure your spot on my calendar, I require a $1,000 retainer. The remainder is due on or before the day of your wedding. If needed, you can break up the remainder to 3 payments to make it more affordable. I'm happy to work with your schedule!

Do you offer any discounts?

I do not currently offer any, but if you are booking a shoot in one of my bucket list locations, I will take 10% off the final price of my services. Inquire with me to find out where!

What's included in your wedding photography packages?

My packages are designed to be comprehensive, covering everything you need for stunning wedding photos. They include full coverage on your wedding day, an online gallery for viewing and downloading your photos, and printing rights. Additional options and customization are available based on your needs.

How many photos will we receive?

The number of photos depends on various factors like the length of your wedding day, the number of guests, and the activities involved. On average, you can expect to receive around 50 photos per hour of coverage. A typical wedding gallery that I deliver is 750 images.

Delivery

How long does it take to receive our photos after the wedding?

You can expect to receive your fully edited photos within 4-6 weeks after your wedding day but I'll send you some sneak peeks within 48 hours!

Can you Photoshop us?

I believe in capturing your natural beauty, so I don't alter your appearance unless it's for temporary issues like skin blemishes, bruises, scrapes, or acne. If you're self-conscious about something, please let me know, and I'll be extra aware of it while posing you.
